Authentic, homemade Tex-Mex tradition at its finest

El Paso's Favorite Authentic Homemade Chilaquiles Bar

Our Chilaquiles Bar brings the soul of authentic Tex-Mex brunch culture to your celebration — crispy, homemade tortilla chips bathed in rich, slow-cooked salsa roja or tangy salsa verde, topped with the freshest, most delicious traditional garnishes.

Chilaquiles are the ultimate comfort food of the Tex-Mex and Mexican culinary tradition, and our homemade version honors that heritage with every bite. We start with freshly fried tortilla chips — crispy, golden, and made from real corn tortillas. Our salsas are slow-cooked from scratch: the salsa roja uses fire-roasted tomatoes, dried chiles, and aromatic spices, while the salsa verde is made with tomatillos, serrano peppers, and fresh cilantro. Guests build their own perfect bowl from our full array of toppings, making this bar an interactive, delicious, and deeply satisfying experience for any event — from morning celebrations to evening fiestas.

Delicious, homemade selections crafted just for your El Paso event

Chilaquiles Rojos

Crispy homemade tortilla chips smothered in our rich, deeply flavored salsa roja — made from fire-roasted tomatoes, guajillo chiles, and aromatic spices. Delicious, warming, and authentically Tex-Mex.

Chilaquiles Verdes

Golden tortilla chips bathed in our tangy, bright homemade salsa verde — crafted from fresh tomatillos, serrano peppers, garlic, and cilantro. A refreshing, delicious counterpart to the roja.

Queso Fresco Crumble

Fresh, crumbled queso fresco — a mild, salty Mexican cheese that adds a delicious creamy texture and authentic flavor to every bowl of chilaquiles.

Homemade Mexican Crema

Our homemade Mexican crema — richer and tangier than sour cream — drizzled generously over the chilaquiles for a luxurious, delicious finish.

Shredded Chicken

Tender, slow-cooked and homemade seasoned shredded chicken to add hearty protein to your chilaquiles bowl — seasoned with traditional Mexican spices.

Fried Egg Topping

A perfectly fried egg placed on top of your chilaquiles — the runny yolk mingles with the salsa to create an incredibly rich and delicious sauce.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about chilaquiles bar in El Paso, TX

Is the Chilaquiles Bar good for a brunch party in El Paso?

It's our most requested brunch bar. Chilaquiles are a morning tradition across El Paso and the borderland, and the fried egg topping and shredded chicken make it hearty enough for a full brunch spread at baptisms, bridal showers and Sunday quinceañera brunches.

How spicy are the salsas?

Our salsa roja is warm and smoky rather than fiery, and the salsa verde is bright and tangy. Fresh jalapeños and pickled onions sit on the side so each El Paso guest can dial the heat up or down in their own bowl.

How do you keep the chips crispy and the food hot outdoors?

Chips are fried fresh and served separately from the salsas, which stay hot in clay cazuelas and chafing dishes so guests assemble each bowl on the spot. We follow Texas DSHS food safety guidance for holding temperatures at every El Paso event. Round out the menu with our Flauta Bar or Fruit Bar.
